1. Log into your account by visiting the My Account page. If you are a new user, you can also Register a new account
2. From your account, go to Downloads sections to access all your available downloads. Download your kit file from here. It should be in .zip format
The zip will usually contain 3 files (templates.zip, pages.xml, addtional css.txt, and installation.docx) and 2 folders (Website Images and Screenshots).
If the download fails, you can contact our Live support or Email Us to request for a fresh copy to be sent to you. We will usually send you the files via WeTransfer.
